YOUR MISSION AS A COMMUNITY EXPERT - SOCIAL MEDIA (F/M/D) AT LILLYDOO

Together with your team colleagues, you create a feel-good atmosphere for our customers and are in close contact with our international Customer Happiness Team. In your daily duties, you will take care of our social media platforms by responding to comments and direct messages from our community. In addition, we are happy to offer you an environment in which you can bring in and implement your ideas. Join us to face these exciting challenges at LILLYDOO!


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Experience in a Customer Service Position / Community Expert Position and with social media
  • Service- and solution-oriented working method
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays and in the afternoon
  • C1/C2 Level in German and French
  • Good knowledge of English (company language)


WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • Additional language skills (Italian, Spanish or Dutch)
  • Experience with the common Microsoft Office Programs
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Instagram and Youtube
  • Experience with platforms such as TrustedShops and TrustPilot
