YOUR MISSION AS KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER SPAIN (F/M)D) AT LILLYDOO
Start over in our sales department and represent LILLYDOO, mia and our newest brand vivoy vis-à-vis our retail partners in Spain. In close contact with our marketing department, you will introduce new products and brands to win both on the shelf and in the category. As a sales talent with your open and friendly manner, you will ensure a good balance between the development and expansion of existing distribution partners and the acquisition of new ones. In addition, you take care of the preparation, implementation and follow-up of negotiations and annual meetings in consultation with the VP Sales. The analysis, evaluation of potential and derivation of concepts and strategies for all important sales KPIs round off your area of responsibility.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Degree in economics, preferably with a focus on sales/marketing or comparable qualification
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in an international FMCG company in key account management
  • You lived and worked at least 2 years in Spain and know the market by heart
  • Communication expertise as well as enthusiastic and confident manner on all levels of communication
  • A comprehensive level of experience in structures and decision-making processes in the retail sector 
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills as well as a structured way of working and very good Microsoft 365 skills
  • High degree of proactivity and sense of responsibility as well as the ability to build sustainable (customer) relationships
  • Very good Spanish and English language skills and a high willingness to travel 


WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • Existing contacts to the relevant retail partners in Spain
  • Experience with budget responsibility, forecasting and portfolio management, analyses and monitoring
  • Experience with listing baby care and feminine hygiene products
  • With your eye for trends, you develop customer-specific formats for promotions
  • Additional language skills in German, Italian or French
