as of now | part time (20 hours) | limited contract (in the first year)


For your flexibility we offer this job in 95 % mobile working. You can live in Germany and practice this job conveniently from anywhere. We also offer up to 70 days mobile working in foreign countries. 5 % of that time are planned to have trainings or very important team meetings, which would happen onsite. 

YOUR MISSION AT LILLYDOO CUSTOMER HAPPINESS

Together with your colleagues you create a feel-good atmosphere for our customers in constant contact with our international Customer Happiness Team. In your daily duties you take care of 1rst Level Support inquiries via calls, chat and E-Mail. Furthermore, we offer you an open environment to evolve and implement your ideas. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in a Customer Service Position (Phone & E-Mail correspondence)
  • Joy for the contact with customers and enjoying team work
  • Service- and solution-oriented working method
  • Willingness to work on saturdays
  • Very good knowledge of French (C1/C2)
  • Good knowledge of English


WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, German or Dutch)
  • Experience with the common Microsoft Office Programs
