YOUR MISSION AS MARKETING MANAGER - TV & MEDIA (F/M/D) AT LILLYDOO

To complement our Performance Marketing Team, we are looking for a (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager - Offline Media, who will support LILLYDOO in our offline advertising activities in close cooperation with our team of experts and our agency partners.


  • You are our expert in the field of offline marketing: from TV to Out of Home to print, you know your way around - the focus is on TV
  • You are responsible for the entire planning, implementation and evaluation of our offline performance marketing strategy and the associated campaigns
  • Together with our international agency partners, you will analyse and plan future high-reach offline marketing campaigns
  • You will independently work out the essential reach and performance analyses and derive recommendations for strategy and action
  • You manage, test, improve and monitor all tools and processes relevant to these activities
  • Through offline advertising activities, you will ensure that our KPIs such as brand awareness and sales figures grow efficiently
  • You will also play a key role in the creation and adaptation of our advertising materials

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING 

  • Degree in economics with a focus on marketing / communication or comparable qualification
  • At least 1 -2 years of experience in the field of TV advertising, mass media, offline marketing (for example at an advertising agency or at another company)
  • Knowledge in the implementation and control of offline campaigns and in the use of performance marketing tools (e.g. Spoteffects/TVSquared or Google Analytics)
  • You are very good with numbers and enjoy analytical contexts
  • Strong communication skills and joy in communicating (and negotiating!) with external parties
  • You are quick on the uptake, show initiative and have a structured and very independent way of working.
  • Very good English skills are a prerequisite

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • Knowledge in the brand area of a consumer goods company (FMCG) or experience in an eCommerce company
