YOUR MISSION AS A (SENIOR) MARKETING MANAGER FRANCE (F/M/D) AT LILLYDOO

With your strength to think strategic yet creative and “out of the box”, you lead our French market team:

Market Strategies

  • Developing new campaigns, strategies and visions together with your colleagues is your passion
  • Together with your team, you suggest and bring to action Marketing strategies to achieve our performance targets and growth in France
  • You support and guide the PR & Content managers in your team to develop, implement and optimize their strategies
  • In your daily duties you monitor and analyse our sales performance and accordingly optimize the marketing mix and budget distribution
  • You are reporting directly to the Head of Southern Europe
  • Furthermore you monitor and analyse the local market competition and stay informed about all relevant topics in France

People Management

  • You are managing, encouraging and inspiring the talents of your international team in our fast- growing business environment
  • It is your passion to create a great culture within your sub- team of the marketing department where your team members can strive to their full potential
  • To support the current markets’ growth as well as to launch new markets you will recruit and seek out new high potential talents fitting to the LILLYDOO culture complementing your team of currently 3 people (team growth is planned according to business growth)

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • 4-6 years on the job marketing experience
  • University degree in Business (or similar) with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • A native level of French (C2) and excellent English language skills
  • Experience with the French FMCG industry especially in the area of eCommerce and Marketing
  • You have lived at least 2 years in France
  • An enthusiasm for new trends and customer needs


WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • Joy in working with numbers and finding logical connections
  • Experience in PR / Content Marketing
  • Experience in working in an eCommerce
