YOUR MISSION AS OPERATIONS LEAD AT LILLYDOO

• You are responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations on site – from goods receipt through picking and packing to shipping.

• You report to the Site Manager.

• You translate the Site Manager’s goals into operational targets and make sure your team understands and implements them.

  • Together with the Site Manager, you continue to develop processes, workflows and automation on site.

  • You plan staff, volume and space ahead of time – including for peaks.

  • You steer day-to-day operations using KPIs such as productivity, error rate and delivery reliability, spot deviations early and derive effective measures.

  • You continuously improve workflows – right where they happen: on the warehouse floor.

  • You lead and develop your team leads – with clear direction, honest feedback and trust.

  • You foster team spirit, motivation and cohesion, and create an environment in which everyone can contribute.

  • You ensure occupational safety, order and lived 5S standards.

  • You are the interface to Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT and Quality at LILLYDOO.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed vocational training, a degree or further education in logistics or a comparable field (e.g. warehouse logistics specialist, logistics master craftsperson, business specialist).

• You have several years of hands-on experience in warehouse logistics and know all warehouse processes from your own experience.

• You have at least 3 years of leadership experience as a team lead or warehouse manager and have already been responsible for multiple teams or managers.

• You think entrepreneurially and don’t lose sight of the site’s further development alongside day-to-day business.

• You make decisions based on KPIs and are confident in Excel and data analysis.

• You lead with empathy, clarity and on equal footing, strengthen team cohesion and pitch in when things get busy.

• You hold a valid forklift license – experience with reach trucks is a big plus.

• You are confident working with WMS and ERP systems.

• You speak fluent German and good English; Polish is a plus.

NICE TO HAVE

• You have experience in e-commerce fulfillment.

• You have already worked with conveyor technology or automated warehouse systems.
