Since we already worked quite digitalized, luckily it was not difficult to switch to the remote working – mode in the beginning of 2020.
Noticing to be so flexible inspired us to stretch out this way of working into our future and this is how the new concept turned out:
MOBILE WORKING “as you like” is enabling us to have the most flexible environment for everyone to work in.
You want to enjoy and explore a different scenery? We also offer 70 days of mobile working in foreign countries (EU / non-EU countries + suitable time zones should be contemplated to ensure team communication exchange).
HEALTH SAFETY By providing a lot more space between the desks we want to ensure more distance because the health of all LILLYDOOs is most important to us. There are also many more measurements in our office to ensure a safer environment. All of our meetings are organized virtually in the first instance to minimize physical contact.
OUR OFFICE Whilst changing up the seating arrangements, we also did some interior updates for a more cosy feeling in the office as well.
