How we work
Our office in Frankfurt is the heart of our collaboration and a place where we come together to exchange ideas and work closely as a team. At the same time, our “Mobile Working – the way you like it” concept allows for a highly flexible working environment. You can work from anywhere within Germany, while always having the option to join us in the office whenever you like.
Fancy a change of scenery?
In addition, we offer up to 70 days of mobile working abroad (EU and non-EU countries). This allows you to temporarily work from another country while staying closely connected with your team and daily work. It’s a flexible option that supports different life situations without losing touch with our shared way of working.
How we enable flexible work
At LILLYDOO, flexible working has been an integral part of how we operate for several years. Our goal is to create an environment that balances individual flexibility with strong collaboration and a shared team culture.
Our teams are distributed across Germany, and you have the option to work from different locations. At the same time, we place great value on coming together, whether virtually or in person, to collaborate effectively and stay connected.
While many of our meetings take place remotely, the office remains an important space for exchange and teamwork. Hybrid collaboration is a natural part of how we work, and we encourage formats that support both individual productivity and team interaction.
Ultimately, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring that everyone works in a responsible and reliable way that supports both performance and our shared culture.
