Please note that this is a fixed-term position until 31 December 2027, with the possibility of an extension.

YOUR MISSION AS A (JUNIOR) COUNTRY MANAGER DACH (M/F/D) AT LILLYDOO:

• You will develop, implement and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies that meet our business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) 

• You will monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve your KPIs

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams and keep yourself informed on all relevant topics

• You will be actively involved in profit and loss (P&L) management for the DACH region, continuously brainstorming ideas to drive business improvement

• You will conduct market research to identify the trends, opportunities and challenges specific to the DACH market

• You will keep a close eye on our competitors, their products and their marketing activities

• You will contribute both creatively and analytically

• You will work closely with the sales team to create winning marketing plans for our retailers, both offline and online

YOUR SKILLSET

• A degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, or an equivalent qualification

• First hands-on experience in marketing, gained through relevant internships or 1–2 years in a first marketing role

• German at native or near-native level (C2)

• Confident English (C1 or above) — English is our company language and the language we work in every day

• You have lived in Germany, Austria or Switzerland for several years and know the market from your own experience

• You enjoy working with numbers and in analytical contexts

• A talent for multitasking, a creative mindset and strong communication skills

• You are a team player who also enjoys taking projects forward independently
