YOUR MISSION AS A IT SYSTEMADMINISTRATOR AT LILLYDOO

• 1st and 2nd level support for our colleagues on all IT-related issues (macOS, Windows, iOS, and M365), with a focus on fast and solution-oriented assistance

• Active involvement in IT projects - e.g. automation via API interfaces, implementation and optimization of MDM systems, or contract evaluations

• Support in the development and standardization of our security and deployment processes to continuously improve efficiency and protection

• Administration of cloud systems including license management, with the goal of ensuring transparency, scalability, and cost awareness

• Maintenance and further development of our directory systems (Azure, Entra, Exchange), including user management and permission structures

YOUR SKILLSET

• You have experience in IT administration and support – ideally with various operating systems and user needs

• You are confident working with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Office 365, and able to support colleagues with technical issues in a competent and solution-oriented way

• You have basic knowledge of network technology as well as Linux/Unix systems, and you're eager to dive into new technical topics

• You're motivated to use and further develop modern tools and technologies – including leveraging AI to improve efficiency

• You bring strong problem-solving skills, a structured and self-driven way of working, and a keen eye for quality

• You have excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least C1) to communicate effectively in an international work environment

NICE TO HAVE

• A completed apprenticeship or degree in computer science or a related field
